You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. If you cancel, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After your billing period ends, we will keep your data safe for at least 48 hours and up-to 5 days before we securely erase all your data. All your invoices will still be available on the billing portal.
Our pricing are exclusively in EUR with the exception of the Enterprise / Reseller plan, we can accomodate your need if your reach out to us.
Our company's status exempts us from charging VAT: VAT not applicable, art. 293 B and art. 262 ter of the CGI (General Tax Code).
